Cross-listing

Cross-list to Vinted & Depop from one inventory.

ResellIQ is a cross-listing app built for UK resellers. Add your item once, and our browser extension opens Vinted or Depop and fills in every field for you — photos, title, description, category, size, condition, price. You check it over and hit publish. You stay in control of what goes live; we take out the retyping.

The hidden tax on multi-platform reselling

If you sell on more than one platform, you already know the cost: retyping. The same item gets a different title for eBay, a softer tone for Vinted, a punchier line for Depop, and a styling story for Poshmark. Each rewrite is 5–10 minutes. At 30 items a week that's three hours of pure admin.

Worse, when something sells on Vinted, you have to remember to delist it on the others — or risk a double-sale and a refund. Most resellers end up running a messy spreadsheet of "listed where" that goes out of date the moment they upload a new haul.

ResellIQ fixes both halves. One inventory record holds the item; the AI generates four channel-specific descriptions in one click; the extension autofills the Vinted and Depop listing forms so you are only ever reviewing and publishing; and platform status is tracked per item so you always know where it is live.

What ResellIQ's cross-listing actually does

The extension fills the form — you press publish

Pick an item, pick Vinted or Depop, and the ResellIQ browser extension opens that platform's listing page and fills it in: your photos uploaded, title, description, category, brand, size, condition and price all mapped across. It stops there, on a completed draft, and hands back to you. Reviewing and publishing is always your call — see the FAQ for why that boundary matters.

One source of truth for every item

Add an item once — photos, brand, size, condition, cost price. ResellIQ becomes the master record, and every listing you create references the same inventory ID, so when something sells you know exactly what to delist where.

Four platform-perfect descriptions, one click

The AI listing generator writes four versions of every description: SEO-keyword-rich for eBay, conversational and trust-building for Vinted, punchy Gen-Z for Depop, and aspirational for Poshmark. Preview each one, copy, or paste into the destination platform.

Per-platform status tracking

Each item shows which platforms it is currently listed on, when it was listed, and the asking price on each. When it sells on one, mark the sale and ResellIQ reminds you which other platforms it is still live on so you can take it down before you double-sell.

Profit-per-platform analytics

Over time, the analytics dashboard shows you which platform actually makes you the most profit per category. Streetwear sells faster on Depop. Vintage menswear converts better on eBay. Stop guessing — let your own data tell you where to push harder.

Built for UK resellers

GBP currency by default, UK postage costs, eBay UK marketplace data, and a tax-friendly profit view that aligns with HMRC's £1,000 trading allowance. No US-centric quirks.

Cross-listing FAQ

Does ResellIQ publish listings to Vinted and Depop automatically?
No — and that's deliberate. The ResellIQ browser extension opens the platform's own listing page in your browser, signed in as you, and fills in every supported field including uploading your photos. Then it stops. You review the draft and press publish yourself. Nothing is ever submitted on your behalf.
Why doesn't it just publish for me?
Because submitting listings on your behalf would mean acting as you on a platform whose terms don't allow it, and we're not willing to put your selling account at risk to save you one click. Filling a form in your own browser, in your own logged-in session, with you pressing publish, keeps you on the right side of that line. It also means you always see exactly what goes live — nothing is posted while you aren't looking.
How does it stop me double-selling the same item?
Each item has a single inventory record showing which platforms it's live on. When you mark it as sold on one, ResellIQ shows you the others so you can take them down. Delisting is manual — we don't have a way to remove a listing from a marketplace for you, so treat this as a reliable reminder rather than an automatic sweep.
Can I cross-list to eBay?
Not yet. The extension supports Vinted and Depop today; an eBay adapter isn't built. ResellIQ does connect to eBay for order sync and sold-price comparables, and it writes eBay-optimised listing copy you can paste in — but it won't fill in an eBay listing form for you the way it does for Vinted and Depop.
Which platforms does ResellIQ support?
Autofilled cross-listing: Vinted (UK) and Depop. AI listing copy: eBay, Vinted, Depop and Poshmark. Order and market data: eBay UK. Vinted profile import is live, and Whatnot has its own stream and order export. eBay, Poshmark and everything else are tracked manually for now.
Do I need to install anything?
Yes — the ResellIQ browser extension, free from the Chrome Web Store. It only runs on the marketplace listing pages and on ResellIQ itself, and it works with your existing logged-in Vinted and Depop sessions, so we never ask for or store your marketplace passwords.
Is there a free tier?
Not for new signups. Every new account starts on a 14-day free trial of Pro (£30/month) — you won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then. Pro unlocks unlimited items, the AI listing generator, and platform analytics.
