How it works

    Open Ask ResellIQ

    Tap "Ask ResellIQ" in the sidebar (it's badged "live") to open /assistant. You land on a two-panel layout: an "Action Items" task list on the left and the chat panel on the right, with a tab switcher between them on mobile. The assistant opens with a short greeting, and a "Recent chats" row lets you jump back into an earlier conversation instead of starting over.

    Ask a question or tap a quick prompt

    Type your own question in the box at the bottom of the chat and hit Enter (Shift+Enter for a new line), or tap one of the quick-prompt cards ResellIQ shows under its greeting message. Those cards change based on your real inventory, so you might see "3 stale listings", "5 unlisted items", or "2 items to post" instead of the same generic suggestions every time.

    Get an answer grounded in your real inventory

    Ask ResellIQ reads a live snapshot of your items, platform listings and marketplace offers before it answers, so a question like "what should I list next" comes back ranked by your actual capital tied up and days held, not a generic tip. It handles direct questions about what's listed, stale stock, sales and revenue, margins, repricing, offer triage, shipping queues and brand or category performance, plus a general AI fallback for anything else, still using the same real numbers.

    Apply a suggested action with one click

    Ask ResellIQ will not change anything from a plain typed message. For a handful of answers, like repricing ideas, your shipping queue, stale-stock recovery or offer triage, it also shows one-click action buttons underneath the reply, things like "Update to £62" or "Mark shipped". Tap one and it updates the real item, no need to leave the chat.

    Work the Action Items list alongside the chat

    The panel next to the chat auto-generates a prioritised task list straight from your inventory: sold items still waiting to be posted, items left unlisted for a week or more, listings sitting for 45+ days, items in transit, and anything missing a price, ranked by capital tied up and time held. Expand a task to mark it shipped, listed, arrived or repriced without leaving the page.
