Do I pick one marketplace for the whole batch, or a different one per item?

One shared marketplace selection for the whole batch. Whichever of Vinted, Depop and eBay you turn on applies to every item you selected, not per item. If you need different marketplaces for different items, list them in separate batches, or use the single-item Cross-list button on each item's card instead.

What happens if some items are missing required fields?

That item is blocked on the marketplaces it's missing fields for, but it still launches on any marketplace where it is ready. ResellIQ groups items with the same missing field into one "fix job" in the repair queue, so you can jump straight to the next blocked item and fix it, or let AI fill it in, without checking every card by hand.

Do I need to be signed in to Vinted, Depop and eBay first?

Yes. Bulk Cross-List opens a real draft tab per item per marketplace and fills it in for you using the ResellIQ browser extension, but it can't log in on your behalf. Sign in to each marketplace in your browser before you launch.

Does ResellIQ publish the listings for me?

No. Once a draft finishes autofilling it's marked "Autofilled" or "Review needed" in Bulk Mission Control. Tap "Open draft" to jump to that tab, check it over, and hit publish on the marketplace yourself. Nothing in the batch goes live without you reviewing it first.

How it works

Select the items you want to list
On My Stock, tap "Select" in the top right to turn on bulk mode, then tap each item card to tick it. A checkmark badge appears on every selected card. Select as many as you like — one run processes the first 10, and you repeat the batch for the rest.

Open the bulk cross-list batch
Once you've picked your items, a bulk action bar appears pinned to the bottom of the screen showing how many are selected. Tap "Start cross-list batch" to open the Bulk Cross-List modal. If you selected more than 10, the run takes the first 10 and you run the batch again for the rest.

Turn on your marketplaces
In the modal, tap Vinted, Depop and/or eBay to turn them on for this batch, or use "Select all marketplaces". This choice applies to the whole batch, not per item, so every item you selected gets checked against every marketplace you turn on. Each marketplace tile shows how many of your selected items are already launch-ready.

Work through the repair queue
Any item missing a required field for a marketplace you've chosen shows up in "Fix jobs in this batch", grouped by what's missing. Tap "Open next item" to edit it yourself, or "Use AI on next item" to let ResellIQ fill it in for you. Items stay in the batch and still launch on whichever marketplaces they're already ready for.

Launch and track the batch
Once you're happy, tap "Launch N drafts now". ResellIQ opens listing drafts for each item and marketplace combination, up to three at a time, and switches to Bulk Mission Control: a live status view tracking every item across every marketplace, from "Queued" through "Opening tab" to "Autofilled" or "Review needed". Tap "Open draft" on any row to jump straight to that browser tab and publish it yourself.

Frequently asked

There's no limit on how many you cross-list overall, on any plan. A single run processes 10 items at a time because each one opens its own marketplace tab, and pushing more at once made listings fail. Select as many as you like and run the batch repeatedly — the batch size is identical on Free, Pro and Premium.
