What to expect

Connect your inbox
You'll link the email address you sell from (the same one Depop, Vinted and eBay send sold confirmations to) from Settings or Connections. ResellIQ only reads the marketplace emails it needs, nothing else in your inbox.

Sold emails get parsed automatically
When a sold confirmation lands from Depop, Vinted or eBay, ResellIQ will read the item, price, platform fee and buyer details straight out of the email, no copying and pasting into a spreadsheet.

Matched to the right inventory item
ResellIQ will match the parsed sale to the item already sitting in your inventory, mark it sold, and log it as an order with the fee and profit worked out for you.

Review anything it's unsure about
If a match isn't clear cut (a duplicate listing, a title that changed, that kind of thing), it'll get flagged for you to confirm rather than silently guessed at.
Frequently asked
Not yet. It's in active development and due in the coming weeks. Right now the Orders page exists but sold emails aren't being auto-parsed into it, that's exactly what this feature switches on.
