How it works

  1. 1

    Search and filter My Stock

My Stock is your full inventory. Use the search box to search by name, brand, category or source, or tap a status tab, All, In Stock, Listed, Sold or Completed, to narrow the list. Tap the filter icon next to search for more advanced filters like condition, source, price range or date added, and switch between grid and list view with the view toggle.

  2. 2

    Add an item manually

Tap "Add to Stock" to open the add item form. Fill in the required fields, Item Name, Brand, Category, Condition and Purchase Price, plus optional details like size, colour and a description. Hit "Add to Stock" to save it straight into your inventory. This is a separate path from AI Scan, use Scan Item instead if you want the AI to read the details from a photo.

  3. 3

    Edit an item's details

Tap the edit icon on any item card to open it. The edit panel is split into tabs, Basics, Photos, Pricing, Offers, Details and Status, so you can jump straight to what you need to change, for example updating the purchase price on the Pricing tab. Hit "Save changes" when you're done.

  4. 4

    Mark an item as sold

Tap "Mark as Sold" on any listed item, or open it and switch to the Status tab yourself. Set the status to Sold and a Sale information panel appears for the selling price and sold date, ResellIQ works out your profit automatically. Hit "Save changes" to confirm, the item moves into the Sold tab and out of your active listings.

  5. 5

    Select items for bulk actions

Tap "Select" in the top right to turn on bulk mode, then tap item cards to tick them. A bulk action bar appears at the bottom showing how many are selected, with options to cross-list the batch, set a cost across all of them, change their status, or delete them together. For the full batch cross-listing walkthrough, see the Bulk Cross-List guide.

Frequently asked

Adding manually means typing in the item's name, brand, category, condition and price yourself on the Add to Stock form. AI Scan photographs the item and has AI fill most of that in for you instead. Both end up as a normal item in My Stock, use whichever is faster for that item, see the AI Scan guide for the photo-based flow.
