Vinted Import

Paste a Vinted profile URL and bulk-import every listing straight into your ResellIQ inventory.

How it works

   Paste a Vinted profile URL

   On Vinted Import (under My Stock), paste a seller's Vinted profile URL, for example https://www.vinted.co.uk/member/12345-username, and select Preview. ResellIQ recognises vinted.co.uk, vinted.com, vinted.fr and eleven other regional domains, so the link you copy straight from Vinted normally just works, with or without www or https.

   Wait for the scan

   A real browser loads the profile and pulls every active listing, which usually takes fifteen to thirty seconds. A short progress list tracks the scan (connecting, loading the page, extracting listings), and you don't need to keep the tab focused while it runs.

   Review the duplicate check

   Once the scan finishes, ResellIQ compares each listing against your existing inventory by name, price, brand, size and condition. Exact matches (the same Vinted listing you've already imported) are excluded automatically and tucked into a collapsible "Already in inventory" section. Likely duplicates are flagged and deselected by default, possible duplicates are flagged but left selected, and both let you Merge into the existing item, Add Anyway as a separate one, or Skip.

   Select what to bring in

   Tick or untick individual listings, use Select all, or filter by condition, brand, or "new only" to hide anything flagged as a duplicate. Sort by price if that makes it easier to work through a large store.

   Import to your inventory

   Select Import to Inventory in the sticky bar at the bottom. ResellIQ creates one item per listing, marked status "listed", carries over the price, brand, size and condition, links back to the original Vinted listing so future scans can dedupe against it, and mirrors every photo into your own storage so it shows up cleanly in your item gallery and in cross-listing.
