Whatnot Stream Prep
Turn your existing stock into a numbered running order for Whatnot, the first step before the live dashboard and CSV export.

Start a stream from My Stock
On My Stock, open the "Tools" menu and tap "Plan a live stream". This opens Whatnot Streams. Tap "New stream" and ResellIQ creates a blank draft and takes you straight to it. If the stream can't be created, you'll see "Couldn't create stream, please try again", so just try again.

Pick items from your stock
On the "Pick Items" tab, search or filter by All, Unlisted or Listed, and tap any item to add it to the stream. Each one gets an automatic Hero, Filler or Clearance tag based on its margin and how long it's been sitting, so you can see your lineup shape as you go.

Set a floor price for each item
Switch to the "Run Order" tab (or the mobile tab switcher) to see every item you've picked. Each one gets an editable floor price, pre-filled from its estimated resale price, plus a running total for floor value, cost and margin across the whole stream.

Set the run order
Tap "Auto order" and ResellIQ sequences the stream for you: filler items first, heroes in the middle, clearance at the tail, then confirms with "Run order set — filler first, heroes in the middle, clearance at the tail." Prefer to do it by hand? Drag any item by its grip handle, or use the up and down arrows on mobile, to reorder instead.

Mark the stream ready
Name your stream by editing the title at the top, then tap "Ready" once you're happy with the lineup. ResellIQ saves everything (it also autosaves as you go) and shows "Stream is ready to go live." From here, Export CSV and Go Live both unlock, each covered in their own guide for the CSV export and the live operator dashboard.

Auto order is optional. Tap it and ResellIQ sequences filler items first, heroes in the middle and clearance at the tail in one go, but you can also drag any item by its grip handle, or use the up and down arrows on mobile, to reorder by hand at any point.
