Pricing questions answered

Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No. The free plan requires no credit card and has no time limit. You get 50 items and 10 AI scans per month indefinitely.
How does the 14-day trial work?
When you sign up for Pro or Premium, you get full access for 14 days without being charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be billed. After 14 days, billing begins at the monthly rate (£15/mo for Pro, £50/mo for Premium).
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my item limit on the free plan?
You won't be automatically charged. ResellIQ will notify you when you're approaching your limit and prompt you to upgrade. You won't lose any existing data.
Is pricing in GBP?
Yes. All ResellIQ pricing is in GBP. For UK resellers, there are no currency conversion surprises.
What's included in priority support?
Pro and Premium subscribers get priority email support with faster response times and direct access to the ResellIQ team for feature requests and onboarding help.
Can I cancel at any time?
