Spreadsheets stop working at scale

Every item moves through a defined lifecycle. You always know what's en route, what's photographed, what's listed, and what's sold. Status changes are one click and timestamps are recorded automatically.
Cost price, sale price, real profit
Log what you paid, log what you sold for, ResellIQ does the maths — including platform fees and any item-specific expenses. Real profit, not just revenue minus cost.
Multi-photo gallery per item
Drag-to-reorder photo galleries per item, stored in Supabase Storage. Photos sync down to your listing copy when you cross-list.
Filters, search, and saved views
Filter by status, brand, platform, date sourced, profit margin. Save views for the queries you run most — "unsold for 30+ days", "in transit", "profit under £5".
Mode-switching: clothing or Pokémon
Pokémon card flippers get a different inventory schema (set, card number, condition grade, language) tuned for cards. Clothing flippers get brand/size/condition. Switch modes per workspace or use both.

- Is there a limit on how many items I can track?
- Free tier has a generous starter limit. Pro is unlimited. Most resellers never hit the free cap, but if you do, the upgrade prompt is there at the right moment.
- Can I import items from a spreadsheet?
- Yes — CSV import is supported for the standard reseller spreadsheet shape (item name, brand, cost, sale, status). Vinted profiles import natively.
- Does it work for sneakers and Pokémon cards too?
- Yes. Switch to Pokémon mode for card-specific fields (set, card number, grade). Sneakers work in clothing mode with brand/size/condition.
- Is my inventory data exportable?
- Always. Export everything to CSV any time. Your data is yours.
- Can I share inventory with a business partner?
- Multi-seat workspaces are on the roadmap. For now, ResellIQ is a single-seller tool.
